A Personal Note from Devin...

On a personal note, I would like to dedicate this page to the memory of a good friend of mine, Andrew S. Kries. Andrew and I were great friends when we were younger and still saw each other every day at school until an aortic dissection took him suddenly on April 9th of 2006 at the age of 14. I think about him and his family every day. Please take the time to visit his website, www.wemissandrew.com.

Brendan, my younger brother, also had a heart defect called Wolfe Parkinson White Syndrome that was discovered only because of the unmatched diagnostic skills of our Lyme physician, Dr. Charles Ray Jones, and the complete care he gives to us. His life was saved by a cardiac ablation or he would most likely have been a fatality while playing sports.

While Lyme disease was not the cause of Andrew’s heart disease or Brendan’s heart defect, Lyme disease can affect your heart. Symptoms of heart disease should never be ignored no matter what your age.

A special thank you to Jason Kries of www.coderedsupport.com for taking the information I had and designing this site. I hope you agree it is awesome!
